EARLY YEARS TRIPS AND EVENTS
As you are all aware we were unable to go on our Christmas trip this year due to the Covid-19 restrictions, however, as promised we have reorganised this trip to a date later in the year. We are delighted to let you know that we have been able to secure 2 dates for our Reception and Nursery children at Hatton Adventure World in Warwick. Due to planned restrictions being lifted so close to the date and the risk that these could be postponed, we are unfortunately unable to allow parents/carers to join us on the trip. All Early Years staff will accompany the children on the day.
We have chosen to split the groups of children over 2 days and plan to take Reception children on Wednesday 7th July and Nursery children on Thursday 8th July. We will be leaving school at 9.00am and returning at 4.00pm. Please note there will be NO Nursery on Wednesday 7th July.
The visit will include exciting shows and demonstrations, a tour of the farm where children will have the opportunity to feed and touch the animals and use of the indoor and outdoor play areas. Children will also have the use of a selection of small rides and bouncy castles.
Your child will need to wear weather appropriate clothes and suitable footwear. Please ensure they have a coat and that sun cream is applied prior to the trip in case of hot, sunny weather.
